Dovoy-Zyme® PHY
Dovoy-Zyme® PHY is a thermostable, bacterial-origin phytase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of IP6 (phytate), releasing phytate-bound phosphorus and enhancing its bioavailability. It reduces phytate-mediated mineral chelation and phytate–protein interactions, while contributing to the release of entrapped nutrients and energy, thereby supporting improved nutrient digestibility and feed efficiency
