ActiYield, a probiotic fungus, enhances rumen and intestinal health by promoting beneficial rumen bacteria, stabilizing pH, and improving fiber digestion and lactic acid utilization. By de-oxygenating the rumen and competing for sugar sources, ActiYield increases microbial protein production, leading to more efficient fermentation and feed conversion in dairy cows. Supplementing with yeast culture enhances weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and antibody in broiler chickens.
Notably, after 36 hours of feeding with ActiYield, the improvement in NDF degradation was greater for lower-quality roughage, showcasing its effectiveness in boosting fiber breakdown and overall feed efficiency.
